Ben Willis
Managing Director & Founder
Ben is a prominent commercial lawyer with professional experience ranging from top tier private practice at Clayton Utz to in-house roles at a number of major companies including Optus, Foxtel, Sky News Australia, & Seven Network.
Immediately prior to establishing Willis Commercial Ben was Group General Counsel & Company Secretary for NOVA Entertainment. He also served as Privacy Officer & as an Executive on the NOVA Group’s National Leadership Team.
Ben is a graduate & member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors & has served on a number of boards as a director & company secretary.
Ben’s comprehensive experience advising companies operating within highly scrutinised industries enables him to quickly identify matters of critical importance & provide solutions based advice.
